My toddlers top 4 favorite veggie smoothies


I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate vegetables into my little loves diets. Especially when introducing new vegetables. My grandmother suggested I start making smoothies for my little loves—best idea yet. 

Smoothies my little loves can’t get enough of:


Plain yogurt, banana, orange, butternut squash

Honey Peach

Milk, banana, peaches, butternut squash, raw honey

Strawberry Banana

Milk, banana, strawberries, cauliflower

Blueberry Banana 

Milk, banana, blueberries, strawberries, butternut squash 

Simple smoothie method:

Add 1 cup milk

Add 1 fresh or frozen, small banana (use your favorite fruit for main base. We love banana!)

Add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (berries, oranges, peaches, etc.) 

Add 1/2 cup of fresh veggies (spinach, cauliflower, butternut squash, etc.)

Add 1 cup of crushed ice
