Mommy brain: I have so much to be thankful for

I try to squeeze in mommy time everyday. Even if only for thirty minutes, it’s important to regroup. Today I sat in my thoughts and simply made a list of what I’m thankful for. 

Lately, I’ve been in a space where I feel like there’s not enough time in a day. I’ve been traveling back and forth, trying to meet deadlines, starting new business ventures, etc. My mind has been all over the place. It felt amazing to be able to just be still. It’s easy to get so wrapped up in your future, that you forget the place you’re in now. The place I’m in now is exactly what I prayed to God for. Today’s reminder—it’s ok to be still for a moment. Appreciate the things you have now, little and small.

My little loves giggles and wet kisses
