Mommy brain: 10 things I squeeze in during nap time

It’s nap time! Does anyone else do a little happy dance around this time? Yes? Girl, me too! The greatest part about nap time, is that I get to binge watch my favorite reality shows (because we watch characters that sing all day). During this down time I regroup and tackle the rest of my to-do list. 

Here are 10 ideas of what you can squeeze in during nap time.

1. Write + edit

2. Binge watch reality tv

3. Take a long, hot shower

4. Spend time with God + pray

5. Nap, or at least try to

6. Journal

7. Prep dinner

8. Find a good read. Cookbooks are my thing at the moment

9. Clean + declutter

10. Browse social media
